What You Need to Know Before Buying
The discount applies exclusively to new or additional Virtuoso licenses purchased during the week of September 14-18, 2026 on the Bentley eStore. It does not apply to existing renewals and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or local offers. Licenses purchased during the promotion do not prorate any existing subscription, and activation begins at the time of purchase with no option to delay it.
For those who made purchases in the weeks prior to the promotion: Bentley allows cancellations and refunds of new orders within 30 days of purchase, but given the expected order volume this week, refund processing may take up to 28 days. Renewals must be cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date per standard terms — it is not possible to cancel a renewal within the last 30 days to take advantage of the promotion price.
For bank transfer payments: orders must be paid within 14 days of the order. If payment is not completed within that period, the order is cancelled and the equivalent discount is not guaranteed on a repurchase once the promotion ends.
